I have been having mild knee pain from 17 march 2024 after I came from gym after a workout. Then I started having back pain as well (both lower and upper) and then mild elbow pain as well. I did a little change in my sleep schedule and started getting CONTINUOUS 8 hours sleep, which gradually eased my back pain, but stiffness is still there. And knee and elbow pain still persists. I have been eating this medicine called "Gerijoint" capsule from 3 months and some calcium and vitamin D supplements as well. But my condition doesn't seem to improve. Please suggest what should I do. I'm just 21 years old.

My daughter has had low thyroid since the birth if her son almost 24 years ago. She suffers from being tired etc ..many things. I have always wondered about this. She has seen an endocrinologist but there has been no real help there. If you have any knowledge to share with me, please let me know. Would diet play a part? Her medicines only cause her to gain weight and she continually has become what looks like bloat around her legs. I worry about my daughter at 43 years of age. Stress plays a part in her life as well though she keeps pushing herself personally.

This was a very interesting and enlightening video. Thank you for sharing your personal testimony. I'm so glad you continued to search out the reasons why you were ill and found what healed your body. I am 71 with osteoporosis and in the last 3-4 mos have begun to feel a more intense lower back and hip pain then I have in years...also what seems to be arthritic pain in my left hand..sometimes on the top of my arms. I have begun 4 weeks of therapy my doctor ordered plus exercises at home. I know this is typical. Up to the present time, aside from a diabetes diagnosis in '16 which I have controlled for the most part with my very low carb/keto diet and intermittent fasting, I have felt healthy for most of my life. I believe in natural solutions so your video peaked my interest. I trust in my God to show me ways to heal. God bless you and thank you for what you do for others.

Sanilac County Family Healthcare Brown City MI, Kim Verellen, sought mid 2023, in request for blood work, bone density, as a rheumatoid attack was impending. Diagnosed by Ricardo Delacruz, primary, and Bryan, Rheumatologist in 2004. Provided to this office was the only available history as both doctor's died and I did not have need of a physician from 2012-2023 excepting an er visit prompted by the passing of kidney stones as well as abnormal heart activity accompanied with elevated levels which they surmised a possible heart attack. An antibiotic was dispensed due to a respiratory infection as well. 2016 or 2017. 2013-antiobiotic×1, 2017-antiobiotic×1, 2023-antibiotic××1, Bone density osteopenia-2004, 2023 bone density-osteo penia encroaching osteo porosis, right knee and hips osteo arthritis, termed degenerative disc disease in a couple places in the spine and the neck especially the right side. A visit entailed after receiving the blood work and bone density results. This physician was trying to undermine the deceased physicians diagnosis and didn't even note that the bone density showed little progression in the time span when I did not employ out and that the progression increased when I did employ out. She than told me that the RF factor was negative when it was positive. She said I have a copy of the blood work and it says negative and I responded I have a copy of the blood work you ran and my copy says positive so if your says negative than we have a problem. Yep the problem is corruption. Here is an interesting detail I noted upon each visit to this office. Two or three of the parking lots side by side contained some type of military weather it be veteran or active and in the parking lots across the street were free masons. I found this such an interesting detail that I returned on a couple of occasions for comparation. Needless to say this individual did have to admit that indeed the titer was positive and also validated my statement relevant to a rheumatoid attack was taking place and had just previously started. I asked for this doctor disable me and justifiably so as due to the excellent deceased physicians they had done so I just hadn't done so. Now at age 59 the body says done. History. A single mother whom raised 6 children but you mise well say seven and counting the father eight. He was the most work though good thing he was only there 36 hours a week and 16 of the hours were sleeping and another 10 hours he was out with his buddy. 1995-2001- factory, 2001-2003-CNA. Than I was 5' 90 lbs, now I am 5' 115 lbs. For side kicks I kept a very clean house, home cooked meals for the kids, mowing, you get the picture and I also helped my grandparents. Yardwork, errands, whatever. Family heath care denied to disable me leaving me with no income and no ability to get income. The physicians in Sanilac County are incompetent and need to have their license revoked. Your fired.

Sanilac County MI. Family Health Care of Brown City MI. Kim Verellen one very corrupt individual. Daniel Kulick a very corrupt individual. With that being said 99% of the medical in the county are under the control of the government/Satan. From a young child my bones and muscles ached, throbbed, spasmed, twitched, etc. The physicians stated growing pains. I am now 60 and in accordance to a first diagnosis as a child I am still growing🤔🤨🥺🙄 2004 very I'll and unable to breathe and knowing that I had an infection sought antibiotics from these despicable bad actors whom refused instead offering paxil, prosiac, vicaden, of which all went into the garbage. Finally a physician in the Port Huron Hospital an er visit ordered an IV with levequin. Because of the malpractice I also had myocarditis. From there I was sent to the only doctor in Sanilac County whom is now deceased but him an the rheumatologist whom also is now deceased did diagnosis Rheumatoid arthritis and did accomplish the state of dormancy. I don't agree with your steroids and drugs however. What they did I agree with. I was on a regime of antibiotics and antifungals as I also had fungal infections of the lungs determined via sputum cultures. This treatment from 20004 through 2011. Also a low dose of Ativan to aid in muscle control. Since 2011, I have had antibiotics on two occasions. Also I for a time had to take citracal with d, magnesium, iron, prescribed 3 ensures a day for the rest of my life. They disabled me but I still tried to work. The problem with rheumatoid arthritis is that you catch everything and than your immune systems goes haywire and attacks the body not the infection. I don't agree with any treatment outside of the above. Steroids will send you into a heart attack. My doctor's ran stress test cat scan with CONTRAST. Brown City claimed that their current testing was correct because the technology they used was newer. Problem with that statement is they did not use contrast which is a dye. Delacruz test was correct. Brown cities wrong. This filthy corrupt office did everything to see that I could receive social security disability. I am two years away from regular retirement and am not physically capable of employing.

Solid info here! Unfortunately, there is no one size fits all, that would be great! Number one for me is to AVOID all grains or alcohol in any form. 1. Personal experience informed me, it is WISE to avoid ALL grains/cereal/bread in any form regardless of gluten content. Grain is just another form of SUGAR when consumed! My "healthy whole grains" plant based diet was killing me! 2. Avoid nightshades and high oxalate vegetables/greens/nuts...see TOXIC SUPERFOODS by Sally K. Norton. 3. Avoid gut destroying LECTINS that will reek havoc with your immune system. Almost all beans/legumes are HIGH OXALATE and loaded with LECTINS, nasty little proteins that tear up our gut causing "leaky gut" driving INFLAMMATION sky high. Pressure cooking beans defeats the lectins but does not negate the oxalate. For me, the occasional use of dairy doesn't seem to affect my RA symptoms, so I occasionally enjoy 5% fat Greek style PLAIN whole milk yogurt, keep in mind that dairy is not always tolerated. Butter is great daily, no issues, and is wonderful in bullet proof coffee. That leaves me with mostly meats/seafood/fish/butter/salt and a morning coffee as the only plant product. For 2.5 years I have enjoyed the best results with plant free nutrition, consuming ONLY pure water and mainly ruminant meat to satiation (no measuring/weighing food portions) with SALT to TASTE, very important to maintain electrolytes. I maintain good health with no deficiencies (lab work results confirm) by consuming high protein, high fat diet of BEEF, ground beef, strip steak, ribeye steak, roast beef, bison, lamb, butter, eggs, fish, oysters, sardines.

You know, I started dexamethasone a month ago. All my doctors are telling me about liver and kidney problems being on this drug. Not a one of them had touched on the adrenal gland. But when I come to youtube or research through google, no one mentions these to side effects ( kidney and liver problems). I'm confused and angry a little. I also think all the minor side effects such as moon face and all the irritable side effects that really don't cause damage is touched on more than anything. Which is ridiculous in my opinion ( not that it shouldn't be mentioned). You doctors should stress on the adrenal gland more than anything and go into detail and depth. Because as far as I can see that is the most dangerous consequence of taking steroids. But you briefly touch base and move on. I think it's irresponsible on your part, of course. I have an autoimmune disease but fatigue is my most biggest by far complaint. It has robbed my life. I stumbled on steroids given to me for something non related to fatigue but worked like a miracle fatigue. I can not see myself going back. But unless I have the right information about the risk. I am shooting in the dark here. All the other side effects are not enough to want me to stop taking this drug. But! if the adrenal gland and it's production is life threatening. Then that is a cause for concern. It scares me. I swear doctors should communicate better. Take a class or something. Learn to talk with your patients and involve them, inform them thoroughly . You did a better job on explaining steroids but ya need to stress that adrenal gland a lot more ( in my opinion). But you did mention it and I appreciate it. I now know. Also with the weak muscle and osteoporosis can it be combated by other means. Exercise maybe? Vitamins?

I know "organic" sounds healthy, but I think dropping processed grains, EVEN ORGANIC WHOLE grains found in ORGANIC BREAD, TORTILLAS, or CHIPS and CEREALS was the most significant thing I did when addressing the RA issues. Then I discovered the high level of oxalates and other anti-nutrients found in spinach, chard, almonds, chocolate and many other plant based foods to eliminate from my diet. After much research, trial and error, I finally found relief via a PLANT FREE, oxalate free, high protein high saturated fat diet. Watching this video is part of my ongoing research into the topic, I listen to all sincere souls with consideration, that is how I arrived at my current regimen. Like so many others, I thought I was eating healthy with a whole foods diet rich in veggies from my garden and "healthy" whole grains, nuts, fruits, eggs and low fat dairy, some chicken or fish but very little red meat and fake butter made from hydrogenated "vegetable oils" instead of lard. Avoiding animal fats we used vegetable shortening made from cotton seed oil. Why would anyone eat COTTON SEED, rape seed, soy bean or corn oil instead of tallow or lard? If vegetarian one should be consuming olive or coconut oil, NOT seed oil!!! Lard is still king though! From day one I was raised vegetarian with fake meat in the form of highly processed TVP made from wheat or soy. My parents bought into the idea that meat is BAD for so many bogus reasons based on bad science and religious beliefs, so ACTUALLY our diet was based no science at all....mostly from Ansel Keys and religious propaganda. After taking the first steps by avoiding nightshades and grains, I still had problems with my hands, then I heard Dr Jordan Peterson and his daughter's great success with a plant free diet, so I gave it a try and BINGO, the best solution yet! Going plant free did not reverse the RA or fully eliminate the pain, but it has helped a lot.

Hi Dr Yu, I’ve been watching your videos for a long time while waiting on a diagnosis. After almost a year finally just gotten diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at 34. My rheumatologist has tried to straight away put me onto some very scary sounding DMARDs but in the past I have seen very good result with supplements, diet and holistic treatments such as acupuncture and a grounding mat. After a recent flu I just got painful dactylitis in several toes and am struggling to find any more holistic relief for this online - is there any more natural options for me as we want to start a family and I know meloxicam means we will have to wait even longer. Can I wrap these toes to help with the swelling or is it time I get onto the DMARDs :(
